good day to you dominie - just a quick note to let you know i
have found a great CD for helping me sleep - it is from a company called
POWER-NAP L.L.C. -- they have different CD's for napping - i
told them i had fibromyalgia and that i had a hard time sleeping and they said
"we have a great CD for fibro-people" - well i ordered it and
boy does it HELP!! it is called FIBRO-NAP - you put the headphones on and it
plays for 30 min. and off i go to la-la land - i even use it when i go to bed at
night - it does help so much when i get home from work - i close the bedroom
door - turn the lights out - and after 30 min i feel very good - i was very
surprised - so i tried it when going to bed at night - it works as well - and
you can listen to it over and over --- somehow it takes you through all the
stages of sleep - so you feel like you have slept properly -- so i hope people
will try this - i give it my personal recomendation. thanks
for listening and have a blessed day,

L-ARGININE HELPS LADY
WITH CFIDS
My Miracle - Health Issues_ 4 ½
years ago, after an injury,(stung by a Lionfish) I was diagnosed with
CFIDS, (chronic fatigue immune dysfunction syndrome. ) Anywhere else in the
world it is called, M. E., // Myalgic Encephalomyelitis.
Here were my symptoms: Severe migraines,
swollen glands, respitory/sinus infections, constant virus feeling, extremely
susceptible to any bug or virus, shingles virus, Epstein Barr Virus, flu
like feeling, brain fog, memory problems, shortness of breath, depression,
weight gain, nervous system, spleen & lymph system,( out of wack)
muscle inflammation, extreme weakness and pain. On top of that, throw in
menopause and the unplanned loss of our second income! Just a little
stressful! I have worked out of the home the majority of my life but
have been unable to work for 3 of the past 4 years.
Last
fall I went to the Northwest Prayer Center for “healing prayer on Thurs“.
and received prayer. Mostly I just tried to get through my days. I
have seen M.D.’s, nurse practioners, naturopaths, massage therapists, physical
therapists, chiropractors, endroconologist, acupuncturists, accupressurists,
Psychotherapist, vitamins, Rx’s., food testing, allergy testing, &
homeopathy. On & on it went. In Feb. I went to the prayer center to
update my prayer request on the wall for healing from CFIDS, and this time
I was more specific, I asked for God’s leading to a Dr. that could finally help
me!!I was feeling desperate . I made an appt for a physical with my MD,
whom I had not seen for 4 years, (while I pursued Naturopathic treatments)
After extensive lab tests, again, he confirmed the CF-fibomitis etc.
and then said, there was little else to recommend to me, other than a supplement
that other pts were getting good results with. He said, “ try it for
3 months and then we’ll reevaluate, I think it could help you. “ The amazing
thing for me was, it was the exact supplement my girlfriend, who is a clinical
nutritionist, and another friend, had told me about last OCT!!!
The product is
a FDA approved
L-arginine, patented, over 700,000 pages of scientific documentation and
over 250,000 people studied, no side effects.
Have others tried this? I realized what works for
some, does not for others. But I share with you what has begun the healing
in my body.

WARNING ABOUT THE VISION
SITE IN LAST EMAIL
Hello. I just wanted to pass on a warning. I clicked on
the vision site
to check out the vision test recommended by the first writer
in your
latest mailing. In order to register with the site, one is to
give
one's social security number. This is a big No! No! I recently took
an
identity theft class from a banker, and he stressed that we
should
never give out our social security number. Anyone can use that
to
access your records, your life, your money. I mentioned this at
a
medical clinic, when I was asked to give the social security number.
The
receptionst told me they were changing that requirement, and that
her twin
sister had had her identity stolen because someone acquired
her social
security number.
So, please warn your readers not to give out a social
security number.
Needless to say, I clicked out of that site, as fast as I
could.

VEGAN / NO SUGAR
DIET
Hi Dominie,
I am wondering if you have heard anything about a
Vegan/ no sugar diet for
some symptoms of Fibro. My doctor recommended
getting off of all animal
products and restricting sugar and it has made a
huge difference in my
mild case. No aches and pains and I sleep like a
baby. I feel better mentally
also--wouldn't go back for the
world. Just a little "food" for thought. Thanks for all of your work
toward helping other people. Just as a side note, I felt aweful for the
first two - three weeks doing this also but I think it was "detox" because
after that I felt great and now when I eat a lot
of animal products, I feel
a little yucky. I don't stay totally away from
it--I probably have
something dairy or meat maybe once every week or two but I
still feel so
much better. The Dr said animal products seem to wreck havock
with
people's immune system and then cause inflamation. As he put it.
inflamation is basically a player in all of the major diseases we know as a
society. I know what you mean about sugar---I have had a huge sweet
tooth but it really
does help to stay away. Thanks again--hopefully it
will be helpful to someone.

PERSONAL
UPDATE
Some have asked about my lung illness that has been going
on since January. Today my pulmonologist said it could be from the moldy
environment where I teach 30 hours a week. Toxic mold can be
deadly. He also said there is swelling in the area between my ribs
and also sternum (costochondritis) and that my muscles are extremely tight in my
back. Anyway, I am now actively seeking another place to
teach. I just heard of a music school opening in September just
1 mile from my house. I got my name on the list! Meanwhile, I will
be teaching in student's homes to get away from mold. (When I had a RAST
test in 1990, mold was one of my BIGGEST allergens.)
Well, life is full of challenges, and I know we all have
them! A list of things I use to keep me going are at www.fms-help.com/what.htm.
Til later,
Dominie
