Dear Fibro Friends,

Thank you for the many helpful suggestions I received concerning MOLD recovery.  I greatly appreciate the caring and well-informed responses!  I am doing a little better this week using various meds, but there were also many suggestions sent in that I want to try to see if I can speed things up!  I am no longer working in the "sick building."  I now go around to students' homes giving piano lessons.  So far it's working out great.  I think it is helpful to students to take lessons on their own instruments in a relaxed environment, and busy parents appreciate that they don't have to drive anywhere!

My husband and I were VERY saddened to have to leave our church due to the mold.  We really loved everyone and were very active there.  However, another door opened suddenly for me this week.  This coming Sunday, I will begin playing the piano for a church less than 1 mile from my house.  During the interview, the subject of my health was discussed, but I feel in good faith that I can serve this church because it is so close to home.  (I could probably roll out of bed and be there even on a bad day!)

My husband has been extremely supportive and helpful to me during these long months of illness from mold exposure.  After teaching (just half days), I would come home and literally collapse.  My husband does all the housework (fortunately for me, he likes a neat, clean home and is willing to work hard to keep it that way) and he gave me numerous cards and notes of encouragement.  (I know, I know.....I am extremely blessed!!!!!!)

I hope you are doing well today.  Even though I can't answer emails, I read everything you send, because I care about you and how you are doing with your FMS/CFIDS.  Here is something I got today -- it was so interesting that I read it through entirely!
