FIBROWHEEL
Do you have trouble explaining your fibromyalgia and chronic fatigue syndrome problems to others??? A newsletter reader came up with this ingenious graph of his own symptoms. We probably differ on our specific triggers and symptoms, but this is a great visual illustration of what goes on with us! To make a copy of the FibroWheel below, right click on the image, save it to your computer, then print it out. I have made copies to carry with me to explain my situation when those inevitable questions arise from people who think we should be able to do more than we are capable of - whether at work, home or socially. The author of the graph wanted me to make it very clear to my readers that this is just a picture of his own symptoms that he made to show his doctor. It is not from a medical journal or created by a medical professional. He has given me permission to share it with you, and I am most appreciative, because it will help many of us explain our peculiar plight a little better. - Dominie www.fms-help.com
